ALL ENTRIES WILL CLOSE ON AUGUST 27TH, 2024 UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED
 

• All exhibitors must fill out an entry form and provide SS number.
   

• All entrants must purchase an exhibitor pass - $5.00. Exhibitors age 12 & under are not required to purchase.
   

• All exhibits for Departments J, K, L, M, MM, & O must be in place by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 29th, 2024. Building will be open from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. for item placement. Superintendents will have entry tags at that time. At 11:00 a.m. the doors will be closed and locked. If exhibitor does not have items in place at that time, the items will be disqualified, doors will remain locked until judging time of 1:00 p.m.
   

• All exhibits for Department P must be in place by 11:00a.m. on Saturday, August 31st, 2024. Building will be open from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00a.m. for item placement. Superintendent will have entry tags at that time. At 11:00 a.m. the doors will be closed and locked. If exhibitor does not have items in place at that time, the items will be disqualified. Doors will remain locked until judging time of 1:00 p.m.
   

• In the absence of governing rules/regulations, the opinion of the department superintendent will govern.
   

• The Pana Tri-County Fair Association reserves the right to reject any exhibit or exhibitor from showing at the fair.
   

• The Pana Tri-County Fair Association reserves the right to make final decisions in any and all arbitration’s.
   

• No premiums will be awarded unless entries are paid in full and all entry information is correct. There will be a $30.00 fee for returned all checks.
   

• Every effort will be made to safeguard all exhibitors and their exhibits, however, the Pana Tri-County Fair Association will not be held liable in the event of loss or destruction of any entry from any cause.
