ALL ENTRIES MUST HAVE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

Open to all Illinois residents, amateur artists only, who do not derive more than half their livelihood from the sale of their artwork. One entry per class. Work cannot have been previously in the Pana Tri-County Fair. Artwork must be original (not copied). Pictures and photos wether framed or gallery wrapped must have a wire spanning their width already on the (no sawtooth hangers), Photos, watercolors, drawings, pastels, etc. must be under protective glass, heavy plastic, etc. Please include your name and media information on back of artwork. Artwork may not be moved to another place in the building and must stay in their assigned display spot until released. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to insure their art work. Every precaution will be taken to protect the art work. The Fair Association is not responsible for lost, stolen or broken items. The Superintendent and/or committee reserve the right to refuse entry of an exhibit.
