CANCELLATIONS
 
  • The Secretary reserves the right to cancel and all events and premiums in case of a calamity or any unavoidable circumstances which make such action advisable in the opinion of the secretary.
     
POLICE REGULATIONS
 
  • The Superintendent of Police will have charge of the police force on the grounds and will attend to preserving order and enforcing the rules of the association. He and his subordinates shall be sworn in who is creating a disorder or violating the laws of the state.
  • No intoxicating liquors, except beer, shall be sold or allowed to be sold on the grounds, except as approved by the fair board. 
  • No fire will be allowed to enter the grounds without a ticket, and any person who climbs the fence will be taken to the Treasurer's office and be required to pay a fee of $10.00 or be publicly expelled from the grounds. This regulation will be strictly enforced.
  • Pana Tri-County Fair Association will not be responsible for any accident to stock, persons or personal property. 
  • The Fair Association will not be responsible for anything stolen or damaged.
